Dunstan Thomas Integro CX has been implemented by Discovery to be the interface and portal to the Discovery Invest platform. Integro CX provides the technology enabling advisers to interact with clients and collaborate with Discovery.
The portal enables the provision of virtualised advice, whilst promoting paperless distribution of documentation through a new mobile app. The collaborative features include screen sharing functions, which allows the Discovery Invest Adviser Portal screens to be shared interactively with clients and advisers. During the COVID-19 lockdown these new methods of interactions between provider, advisers, and clients have become essential to the future way of doing business in the virtual world.
The provision of virtual advice has been enhanced by a new assistant or wizard to simplify servicing transactions. This is supplemented by upgraded client and document search functionality, which allows access to additional parameters and performance reports. The new portal dashboards provide new and improved insights through servicing metrics, including transactions tracking and monitoring.
