Dunstan Thomas provides business services and technology solutions for the financial services market, the wholesale energy market, as well as technology consulting and software development services across other markets.
Surya Solutions is part of the Dunstan Thomas groups of companies and provides software development and support services across the business sectors.

After three months service with the company, and upon completion of a successful probationary period, the employee will qualify for the following staff benefits (NB: all benefits are awarded on a discretionary basis).
The Group Life Policy covers the employee for 4x gross salary if his/her death occurs whilst an employee with Dunstan Thomas.
In case of long term illness or injury, the scheme pays 75% of the employee's salary after the 13th week of absence, but is dependant on our insurer agreeing to accept the claim.
Private Health Insurance is available to the employee (and his/her partner and children if required) which pays for private medical treatment for most conditions the employee did not have at the time of joining the scheme.
The company has an auto enrolment pension scheme. The employee will need to contribute a minimum of 2% of basic salary, and Dunstan Thomas will contribute a further 6% into a Group Personal Pension Plan on the employee's behalf. After 5 year's service the company's contribution will increase to 8%. Enrolment is automatic, but the employee is able to opt out of the scheme.
The scheme is open to all employees who have been with the company for the whole finacial year (1 October to 30 September) and who remain in employment at the time the bonus is paid (likely to be the December following the year-end). The bonus will be paid at the discretion of the directiors.
